Adding Debit Card to Ebay

Hi there

Trying to add an ENTROPAY VCC to Ebay so I can sell again.

The card is not authorising! , do I need to top up the card first, does anyone know?

You need to make sure that there is money on the card. At least $3.00 for verification - I know people say $1.00 but I would make sure you have $3.00 balance on it.

And yes, you need to top it up ha.

It says the minimum you can upload is £10 though. I will try with £10 I hope it goes on straight away

Yeah, at least £3 cos i have just discovered they take £1 while checking address match when you initially add the card and then fully debit £1 when you proceed to link and get code. The initial £1 for adress match is similar to pre-authorisation and goes back to card cos it isnt fully debited. You would notice if you pay attention to 'available' and 'actual balance'. Easy to spot if you are using entropay or gift card and you have no other transactions going through
