Why did it only last a few months ? Because you werent using pp ?

Thais is my main account and i think you need a pp account to sell in the uk via eb

Also can you use a free online proxy ?

It only lasted a few months because I was selling nothing but foo-foo items with mispellings so the ebay bots couldn't pick it up which is why I didn't need a paypal account.

So is it possible to use online proxys to hide your ip address from eb and pp ? If eb didnt want me to sell anymore on there site they would have just suspended my account no ?

Has any1 tryed to put a different pp account onto your ebay account ? When a pp account gets limited that is.

Yeah I've tried it a couple times and it gets limited instantly also proxies don't work well it's better to just change your ip by using dialup or something similar there's plenty of threads on that.

So what will i do with my ebay account ? Take the limited pp off it and then what are my options to start selling again on my account ?

You open lot's of other accounts, trying to really on 1 stealth account is like trying to really on 1 roller skate to get you down the street, you might make it but it's gonna be 1 heck of a balancing act lol.

Its not a stealth account its my main account with all my info on it. I just unlinked the pp account there now. I pressed the sell button on eb and it says limited go yo your pp account etc.

How do i get this off ? maybe i could like my old pp account to this and see if it works, all the info will be the same as on my ebay account.

Well if its all real info then why not just call and ask em? but if 1 is down for good then the other 1 is most likely gonna go down with it.

Make a moneybookers and link if you want to keep the ebay account going. Then get a payment processor that handles Paypal for clients to divert too.

Easier to go afresh stealth style. Let go of the old

There are a few things in UK law that could hit ebay and paypal, as I am sure there is a law in the UK where you can demand they remove any information they hold on you once you are no longer registered or involved with them.

I was reading on here before that a person had their account banned for the crimes of their flatmate and ebay gave them the flatmates information, which I am sure if they research it they will find that the flatmate has a case against ebay for divulging sensitive information, as in the UK even your criminal activities are considered private.

So all that said I don't think paypal or ebay can find out anything unless they sweet talk some secretary, as I can't see a company saying anything other than confirming they carry that stock.

Do most of your accounts only last a few months because you're selling foo foo?, if someone is selling legit stuff is there any reason why a stealth may not last as long as a legit one?

I'm sure you can have accounts that last forever if you're not selling that much on them and selling more legit stuff but me I usually get carried away and try to test the waters.

So the account that i have on eb is limited is this the nice way of saying im suspended ? Or do they still suspend people these days aswell ?

Also i have another eb account with my limited pp account linked to it (only linked a few days ago, think this is what started the fk up), im going to take it off today. Do you think the eb account will go down if i take the pp account off that eb account ? Can i be linked to this pp account now just because i have pressed unlink on my good non-limited eb account ?

Also i have a brother that lives with me can i use his info and open a new pp account ? I would also change the first name on the eb account and i could be ready to start slowly again. Or is my address all black listed now ?

Altho i done the same back at my last address for a few years untill i moved. My brother had a banned account with eb & pp for 6 months and i still sold away on my account with the same address etc. After 6 months they turned his eb account back on but never did turn his pp back on.

Im asking this because it was a good few years ago and im not up todate on eb rules now.

Those are a Lot of questions that you have there,,,,I Would Suggest that you get the Stealth Guide and Read it thoroghly,,It will Awnser all of those Questions and Then Some,,

I give it a quick look over, its very simlar to the first version of the ebook.

So is a limited eb account pretty much the same as a suspended account ? If i were to use my info and set up another eb account would it get linked to my limited account ?

As far as Selling is Concerned,,,,,,the account may as well be Suspended,,,,they will NOT Let you Sell on that Account Again

Anyone else have any insight ? What if i were to get a new paypal and add it to the ebay account and then contact eb to see if they will put my eb account back to normal would this work ? Anyone from the UK tryed this ? My account is about 7 years old, never been suspended or limited untill now.

Aspkin what are your thoughts ? I can remember back when this forum started you used to post alot of good info, if you can add anything that would be great and thanks to all posters who have given advice.
