clearcash is not a an option cause of shared account number and sort code , they do have direct debit facility but they use your reference number to deposit,not really sure about Cashplus Prepaid deluxe accounts any one like to enlighten us in this matter :FF:

i remember reading that you can setup DD on the deluxe account but just looking at there website, it is a co-op bank account like you get with the credit unions and clear cash also card one banking which do not allow direct debits, it looks like regular payments are made from the master card and standing order from the bank account

Has anybody tried clearcash to withdraw funds from limited paypals that have passed the 180 day period?

sugar, I had a quick look at it - but its just a card, not a bank account, cant see how you could use it to withdraw in UK.

some of the prepaid cards, like cashplus, now give you a bank ac number and sort code tied to the card, which you can certainly deposit money to as i have tried,via bank transfer. as yet untested with papal.

could be an elegant solution, one card for verifications, and withdrawals from papal dumped straight back to the card, as if it was a bank account !

I know cashplus has this only thing is they require certified i.d if they cant do credit check. And sadly i have around 20 or so paypals that are ready to withdraw but dont want to risk 20 current accounts for not alot of dough in them unless you add them all up. :juggle:

yes but its only one bank account for all customers, it all goes in the same pot

like i said cash plus use the coop bank and issue you with a REF number to access get your funds

unless you try and add the REF numbers to paypal

yes but alertpay doesnt accept paypal funds. And at same time im talking about limited paypals which have expired the 180 days, only thing then you can withdraw for uk paypal.

Yes i misunderstood oopms post, i thought he was saying you cannot withdraw to card in the u.k in general

cashplus delux mastercard dose not accept incoming deposits, just thought i'd throw it out there didn't work for my paypal.

i dont think it will work becuase its one bank account or ref number for all customers and you can only add one to paypal so unless they accept REF numnbers that these accounts issue it wont work

I notice that with Halifax Easycash you can withdraw a minimum of £300, that's a slight bummer.

What do you mean, you can withdraw upto 300 a day from machine and usually 12-1500 a day dependent on the local branch, if you want more that same day then you have to arrange it a few days in advance

This statment was one of my firsts posts on this forum however people seem to had used it with sucsess since, it used to be hit and miss a few years ago but did work on occaisions maybe its still the same.

Ah I think the £300 thing was related to inbranch withdrawals not by card

in branch without your card you can withdraw around 12-1500 dependant on branch, anthing less than 300 they expect you to use the machine.

Are they stealth accounts or under your real name?

You can go stealth on a bank account if you wish, but you may end up in jail

card one. got 2 accounts, and cash plus account NONE work with pp only secure trust working fine at the moment,but i can only get one account.

Can i inform you that you can use any bank account to withdraw this money into , it does not have to be a bank account that accepts direct debit and standing orders , as long as the bank account has an account number and a sort code and accepts electronic payments (which is basically all bank accounts plus some saving accounts ).
Secure trust , easy cash , card one banking & virtually every high street bank accept electronic payments so will all work for withdrawing funds from a paypal account where the 180 day has expired .

Was reading somewhere that Halifax Easycash was not accepted for PP. Are both banks - Halifax and RBS are working with PP?

Sorry, i'm new...just want someone to confirm...Bank Accounts are for your real name and PP/EBAY are slightly ammended/differend...CORRECT? Have you got any issues with misspelling your name with those 2 mentioned banks?

And the last questions...are these EasyCash from Halifax and RBS are not shown on credit report?! Just wondering how terrific would be 10 accounts shown for lenders. :shocked:

halifax easycash is superb for paypal. no issues, works a treat.

I am waiting for my 2 deposits to go into my easycash. Any problems I will report back... from what the users post above yours says it should be fine.

anybody who is using any of those please let me know if they work fine on paypal, will really appriciate help.

There seems to be a load of waffle in this thread and a bit of sidetracking. Not sure if you have solved your problem but here is a working 5-step simple method which is tried and tested many times by myself:

1) Open a lloyds TSB current account
2) Setup online banking
3) Open an e-savings account online. its takes <5 clicks of a mouse.
4) On the blocked paypal accounts, once 180 days have passed, add this e-savers account number/sort code and withdraw to it as normal
5) The money will be in your account in ~5 working days

BENEFITS:
1) Very quick and simple to open these e-savings savings accounts
2) You can have have approximately 10 of these accounts at any one time
3) If you need more, go in to branch, close the ones you dont need and repeat as above Step 3
4) The method outlined above works

they allocate a sort code and account number when you sign up, money goes to card, ok for withdrawing (say on a 180 day pp account) but cannot received dd so no good for verify

I can confirm Halifax Easycash works very nicely.

Also the thing I like about Halifax is that there is only one sort code wherever you are, that's one less piece piece of possible linking material for Ebay/PP!.

RBS works just as good as the halifax one.

the good thing about both these is that you can have a few of each.

also it is just as easy to open saver as lloyds is.

^ tiz how many lloyds savers can we have now? i remember i had 5 at o9ne point but my mate sed she could only make one. that was yesterday

Is the general consensus here that the Secure Trust Bank accounts are good to work with a new stealth paypal account?

Yes ......... costs £12.50 per month but that is the only downside

Is there a contract? Or if worse comes to worst and you get limited after a few weeks can you cancel the account without incurring fees?

Do you know how long it takes to set up and start using it for a stealth account? Do you have to wait for papers to arrive/sign (like most bank accounts) or is it up and ready on the day?

Lost this thread for a while, i have 3 at the moment, all opened since your post.

After how long do the accounts take to open as I filled out the application online for both Halifax easycash and RBS easycash and said they would get back within 7 days.
