Hi.

My Secure Bank withdrawal was rejected. So the bank account has been removed from my Paypal. I had this bank account for 3 months and did not had any problems.
I do not know what's the problem.
I withdraw my funds on 20 december and the bank was taken of from Paypal on 24th December. The funds are not in my bank account yet but it shows status completed in my Paypal account.
I am wondering if the funds would be back in my paypal account or would it go my bank account.
Considering the banks has been closed for 3 business days, thats why the delay. The last thing i want to do is call Paypal.

I asked STB the question of "How many accounts can I have?" and their reply was "As many as you like, as long as the £12.50 is covered."

So I can confirm you can open as many as you like as long as you pay the 12.50 per account.

Only 1 secure trust bank account

I have just finished a phone conversation with a secure trust bank advisor and she told me you can only open one bank account per person with secure trust bank , why are so many people in this thread saying you can open as many accounts as you want ?

I'm just off the phone myself & the girl told me the exact same thing. But this cannot be true as i know a few guys who got up to 5. Very strange. I asked her, can i have more than one, she said no due to money laundering etc LOL

All we can do is apply for one, then two, and see how it goes.

ihatescams 01-10-2011 02:44 PM

Can someone please PM me if they have details about how they managed to set up more than one secure trust bank accounts because i will opening one this week so would love to know ,
thanks

@ Ihatescams,

You could apply with STB, then with Evolution Banking, it's STB just under a different name.

I am getting one of these accounts at the end of the month.

Don't listen to the "girl", just apply for as many as you want online, I have 4 running at the moment :P

ryanba 01-14-2011 05:19 PM

@ Has,

Do you have to pay £12.50 for each? or is it all included?.

Has 01-14-2011 06:27 PM

Yeah they each have there own start-up fee and each of them has a separate monthly payment.

Hi, I just joined the forum. I have been selling on eBay since 2003 and have experienced many of the horror stories eBay and PayPal have thrown at honest sellers.

However, I would like to thank this forum for new techniques I have picked up on. Excellent work. Getting back on again takes a certain mindset, but once you get in that frame of mind thee is no need for anything but the stealth way.

I was just reading this thread and thought what a great service Secure Trust Bank are providing. Seems too good to be true! I was looking at making an account with them for the £12.50 fee and using the details on PayPal to get past the "Verify Bank Stage". You add the bank account and then have a choice to use up the £650 wthdrawl limit and if you want this extended to another £650 you must wait a whole year.

But if you verify the bank account, PayPal send 2 small deposits and then you enter these you will get at least to the £1900 stage. I have not had a stealth PP bank verify in a while.

In the UK they force this direct debit set up to verify bank accounts. I understand this can happen with Secure Trust, but in the past this has been done with the general high street banks and works, but a few days later PP remove the bank account due to the names not matching up and that is a wasted bank account.

My quesion here is: do Secure Trust let this non-name matching problem go under the radar and the Secure Trust account will remain on the stealth PP, or do PP recognise the non-name matching themselves and remove the account?

Just concerned as it is not a free set up.

So has anyone actually got more than 1 account now?

I asked the woman if i can have 1+ accounts and she said she will find out and let me know later but doubts it.

Proper thick that lot in birmingham, she thought i was south african and after telling her ive lived in london my whole life she said "you dont sound like your cockney". yeh...coz we all sound like we're off Eastenders lol!

Yes I have multiple accounts running at the moment with Secure turst bank ;)

ihatescams 01-25-2011 07:13 PM

secure trust bank

I tried to get another pre paid bank account with secure trust bank however i was declined and got an error message saying according to our records yolu allready have an existing account.
It is not possible!
The best option is Crad one banking who offer pre paid bamk accounts that work with ebay / Paypal.

stickmade 01-25-2011 08:10 PM

how many accounts can you get with CARD ONE?

ihatescams 01-25-2011 08:41 PM

Card One banking

You can have multiple accounts with card one banking .
Another alternative is the clear cash accounts , you can have as many clear cash accounts as you want and the start up fee is the cheapest out there at £4.50 fee + £9.99 monthly fee , i have three running allready!! It's great!

But does it have direct debit facility?

Dont know why people are having an issue opening up more than one account with STB, i just opened up another in the exact same info no problems - only difference was a different phone number.

Gangster878 02-01-2011 12:31 AM

PrePaid Card Dont Work :ranger:

lucrative 02-01-2011 03:11 PM

Sorry what do you mean?

Your card from secure trust does not work when you try to use it?

Thanks

Markk 02-02-2011 01:12 AM

You can only have one account open at a time.

They have recently changed their rules so you now have to close your account before opening a new one. Before you could have as many as you want open at once. Not anymore :argue:

lucrative 02-02-2011 07:01 AM

I have just been on to the phone to them and mark is correct.

As of 23rd December they changed there rules and you can now only have one account.

The most recent two accounts i opened with them have been closed.

I assume this means they will close the others at some point?

:argue:

So today i will try open some with clear cash and card one.

lucrative 02-02-2011 07:43 AM

Just checked them out and neither of these suggestions allow direct debits.

Any other ideas? the secure trust accounts getting closed has left me with paypal account that i cant get money out of. :smash:
