Bank account is not needed to get verified, just credit card, but id and utility bill is needed for raising limits anything above the basic verified account limits!
If you join through paypal and ebay UK as there is no ebay malta, then go to spoof card site and buy one of their phone cards, they work fine for phone verification.

Thanks for the swift reply. When using tor i find the if you select new identity it will assign a new exit node but I don't see a way to select your exit nodes location for example..

I'm not using ebay just paypal, so it would appear getting a fully verified international paypal account is just as difficult as opening a uk based one. With a uk account you do not need to provide documents to raise limits.

no, what i meant is that you need to add id to raise the limits more than just the normal raise you get from verifying. basic verifying with a credit card will do the usual raise but to get anything more the normal id rules apply. account would be fully verified with just a credit card!
to select a specific exit node on tor you would need to edit the torrc file. I do not think you will find an exit node in malta though. you would need to rent a vpn.

TOR is not to be used for paypal or ebay unless you know what you are doing with it. If not set correctly it will give you random IP's around the world and change them automatically every 10 minutes!

Yes I've done some reading into the vpns from what I read in your earlier post it would appear they are the best choice for these "type" of operations. I like the fact that the ip your assigned is unique and won't already be on a blacklist.

Could you pm me a recommended phone card spoof site? Just so I know it will work with pp, and a recommended vpn site if at all possible?
