had that one item thing happen before, and when i used a TSB account I had to verify with ID to become a buyer. Now I had never heard of that happening before.

The account may still work OK but still give you trouble, as the accounts that it happened to tend to be the ones that have all the paypal 21 day holds and other limits from ebay.
