 Stealth paypal account shutdown
Can't quite workout why my new stealth ebay account is limited, Following the rules of ip address's/Windows user accounts.
setup a new paypal with new name, e-mail address, phone number (verified), address, entropay card, bank account, confirmed the deposits that were paid into my bank, and now when i log into paypal it says "Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Our system detected unusual charges to a credit card linked to your PayPal account.
