Got to phone ebay to upgrade to business - help

Stealth account been running fine now for a while, however just tried to list an item & couldn't do it.
I have been listing as a personal ebay seller, but eBay want me to upgrade to a business seller. I have upgraded on eBay but they now want me to phone them to provide or confirm more details.
Any idea what questions I should be prepared for?

have all the account info handy. they will ask about your expected turnover and the items you sell, how many you will list and how they can help you, they may also offer additional services to you.
