had that on a few accounts, you could try calling them and telling them you bought at the market and have no receipts . However in my dealings with them they just do not believe you and close the account down. You then have to wait 180 days for your money and that PP account is finished along with the attached ebay account.
Worth giving them a bell as you may just make it, otherwise make sure the account is closed by them asap so you can get the funds in 180 days
Paypal have £550 of me monies held, I posted this is another tread but with no replys.
I bought £300 of merch of a market seller that couldnt sell it well on the streets, made £550 for it on ebay.
Now paypal are holding the money and want the above info, which I cannot supply as it was a market seller.
Any one have a similiar problem and any idea'd?

As far as i know, You will NOT get away with calling them and saying you purchased the items and have no receipt (please do not do that), you are better to make your own or come up with another solution.

not really, it all depends on the items. pp reps and just button clickers. if it looks right they pass you though. they do not call anyone, it's BS, and even if one out of 1000 get a call they would not release customer infos., no one give a Fug about paypal and what they are asking.
Any had this problem... invoice's and supplier contact info!
