If an account goes down, as has happened to me on my desktop admin user account. Can I uninstall firefox and all its components then reinstall it, and create a new account ? Having obviously changed all other needed things

Or you can just clear all cookies and flash cookies.
It is still safer to use various user accounts.

Don't forget to follow the link for flash cookies that they list, as you have to clear them also

I would not try to do the individual site clearance, as a lot of sites are sharing cookies and ebay are part of that.

I know I've asked this before, but should I scrap the whole laptop and get a new one? I've tried what is on this thread, but what gets me is Ebay telling me I used the same machine. If it shouldn't be mentioned, please send me a private message. Thanks!

why would you get a new laptop

just open a new user account or remove flask objects and cookies & maybe change the name of the user account etc

I haven't tried the new user ID. Can you tell me what I need to do or should I get the stealth book. I am new to the forum and have been reading it for weeks! I just want to be VERY sure I do this next account right. If I don't, I might just give up. My first stealth lasted 3 years. This last lasted 90 days. They said I used the same computer. I clear cookies, etc.. religiously!

I read a post awhile back and it was mentioned by a user that they have multiple computers for multiple accounts.

go to control panel:

then click user accounts and family safety:

then click add or remove user accounts:

then create a new account:

then you will have a fresh user account which will not be linked to any other eb or pp account

So..if my user ID was Sweetpea for example, I would change it to Chloe and that is it? That is what they read, the user ID? I thought it was something more in depth. If I decide to give it another try, I will purchase the book. THANKS!!

I did get the guide and have read almost all. The one thing I'm not sure about is the serial ID of my computer. Someone told me today that they can read it now. Does anyone know for sure? I now have new user ID and a router that is about to get ditched~one that remains static!

No they can't read it, that's for sure.
