please do not worry, I have done this call this week......it is a glitch, they said as much on the phone, they check you are a real normal sounding ebayer with simple questions.....I was not required to send docs

i will have to do it soon, shame thr account is for a female, must practise my high pitched voice ;)

LOL! Burnside made that mistake before making accounts in a female name!

All OK until you have to call them re a limitation or they call you!

Unless your high pitched voice is good!?

As I have mentioned before, about 3 of my accounts are in this state.

However. one of them 'sorted itself out' the other day and all limits lifted so I did not have to ring them - strange!

I am secretly hoping the same happens to the other 2

Somewhere on the forum someone posted a link to a calling service that alters your voice to male or female...

i have done a females voice to paypal and ebay before without any problems, i just happened to have the cold that day ;'@)
