| About half of my docs that have been submitted used a utility bill, with just the initial on it. None have ever been rejected (and I'm not talking one or two slipping through - at least 20).
I think people need to be very careful when making these sweeping statements regarding Paypal / eBay. Just because it happened to you once does not mean it is the norm for everyone. The very fact that REAL docs get rejected speaks volumes regarding the policies & procedures in place at Paypal and that predicting what they will do regarding docs is far from easy. |
