paypal without ebay

I am wanting to receive non-ebay money and just spend it again without the need for bank verification.

the occasional payments I will recieve under £500 per year.

can I receive and send money without getting verified with bank or card on UK paypal??

As long as you have your documents ready to send into them as well, you should be fine, £500 is below the receiving limit of £1700.

I have never tried this so am not sure of the sending limit, it may actually only be £0, I will have a look.

This can work but you may or not be limited - only time will tell sadly. If your money in pa yp al is clear (i.e. feedback, tracking solidified, etc.) then moving money inside pa yp al can work.
