Ebay item listing limit

as you may know that when you just opened an ebay account you can only list 10 items per month, so if i list an item on auction and it ended with 10 total bids and i offered all of the bidders the second chance offer of the item and all the bidders purchased, will this count as 10 items limit or will it count as 1 item list and sold ?

I do not do this technique anymore but when I did used to, it was fine and never took it off my limit.

I will try it again soon and see what happens.

I have seen a few people mentioning recently that they still do it. I will PM them to find out.

I have had eb limit the amount of second chance offers I can send mind on some of my newer accounts.

Whenever someone accepts my second chance offer it goes against my limit.

Hey guys, I edited my post as I have actually not done this in a while but I used to do it a lot.

I am going to ask the guys who are still doing it, see what their tips are :D
