can anyone tell, what is the best way to stay under the radar, when you first start to list on ebay, and also the best way to stay under the radar with paypal...TIA

With regards ebay best thing to do is GO SLOW to stay under the radar and offer good service to get high DSR's.

For paypal upload ALL your tracking numbers.
