Proof Of Address

Is there any Virtual Cards out there that gives statements like how a normal bank would that shows the persons name, address, etc...?

Well in terms of "Virtual" depending on if you was to buy a "VCC" of this forum, you wouldn't get a bank statement stating information about address name etc. I'd imagine you'd have to try something like the prepaid Visa/Mastercards, you can buy in the UK they come with online access but no bank it just list's purchases and transactions etc. So therefor I don't think anyone would offer such service.

A Virtual Credit Card.

Lot of the VCCs have an account statement that is online when you log-in.
