I added my bank to paypal yesterday and waiting for the dpeosits.

i just added a vcc to my paypal account now... but i remember before u could click (complete expanded use for the card so u can verify it)

there is no button for that...

do you have to confirm your bank first before you can move onto fully confirming ur card...?

Yeah you need to 'verify' your paypal account first by inputting the 2 deposits sent to your bank account.

You can then 'confirm' your vcc after that has been done by inputting the 4 digit code they send to your vcc statement.

Correct.

DON'T RUSH!!!!! One of the fundamental errors to make is rushing to set up Paypal accounts and trying to do things in the wrong order.
