Basically, I sold an item on eBay.

Here to be precise:
I listed item to quick and forgot to change it to 'New and Boxed'

but it was 'Used and boxed', I state this in the description.

If you read the description it clearly states USED within. Which you must have read else that would have been very unwise in the first place.

Yes, but someone might be mislead by the title, so i dont think it is correct describe, please solve the problem, or we can contact ebay to see if they have suggestion,thanks for your reply anyway!

Have them return the item, refund them their money and just relist the item again. As 'Used' this time :)

Dont you mean you listed too quick and put new & boxed instead of used etc etc

Where's your customer service? You screwed up in the description. You made the error. deal with it, appease the buyer and be careful next time :boink:
