Basically, I sold an item on eBay.
Here to be precise:
I listed item to quick and forgot to change it to 'New and Boxed'
but it was 'Used and boxed', I state this in the description.

If you read the description it clearly states USED within. Which you must have read else that would have been very unwise in the first place.
