First of all, thanks Melissa for all the help and info.
Second, I just went on to eBay and seen he had already left a feedback so too late for anything now. Despite the first reaction of him with his e-mail comment and also deniying the cancellation, it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
Here is what he wrote in a neutral feedback (NOT a negative as expected);
I understand u, but take care next time
Wow, that was a turn around but of course as I already had a negative feedback from last August it meant with this neutral one, my percentage has gone down :( |
