Default All green ticks completed - yet still limits on PP ???

Got 2 PP accounts now fully verified and all the green ticks completed, yet the PP still says "more information required to lift account limits".

What else can be done to removed the limits? Nothing else is actually required from them, yet still limits - it does not make any sense?

Just wondering if anybody else has come across this situation and how to overcome it?

Of course, it makes sense. It's paypal.

frequently there is a 'glitch' in the software which prevents the limits to disappear. Although, all steps are done, the system does not cope.

Just contact them and sort it.

I had this happen on my older Paypal accounts when you could do the confirm identity via phone. All parts were ticked green but I still had the "Lift limits" button on my control panel. Numerous emails to Paypal didn't make any difference. Responses varied from "you have no limits" to it is a "glitch in the system" and "it will take a few days to update" and all the other pre-prepared emailed responses they have.

Once the accounts hit 12 months old or were close to taking £1900, the accounts were put under review (not limited). After a couple of days I got an email saying as I had completed all the steps required, and all limits were being removed.

Piece of cake.......

That sounds good. I was thinking about emailling them, but might just wait for the limit to go automatically after the £1650 - hopefully.

It is just such a b*llsh*t system PP have set up that the limits do not automatically get removed even when you complete all the steps??? I know that this is obviously something they have deliberately built into the system as when you verify a bank the withdrawl limit gets removed, etc...

Telephoning them is not really an option right now unless I change gender.

Im sure there are ways around this issue of gender.

Perhaps practice your best man/woman voice in the mirror? :D

Family or friend you could brief to help you out?
