2 Years old PayPal Got limited - address verification - Need Help

Hello Everybody
I have been using my friend's PayPal account from last 2 years and did not get any issue, few days before i was accessing the account and my VPN had issue of discontinuity and my account got limited..
Now paypal is asking me address verification and i do not have any contact with my friend, Paypal is asking to give credit card for phone verification or any other proof of address verifications..

I and my friend were living in the same room and i have driving license of same address and fortunately his and mine second name is same..

so will it work if i give my credit card number for proceeding phone verification or i send my driving license with little alteration..

Or is there any other way..

You shouldn't be using your "friends" identity without his/her permission. If you no longer have contact, they sound like a ex-friend to me and there is no way to get their ok.

well the driving licence might work,

however I do not understand the part about the credit card for phone verification? is it a phone call to you they want to make, or an automated phone call with pin or is it to add a card to paypal? or are they asking for a scan of your credit card for them to see?........all of these are known verifications......

you are not in Uk thought right? you should change your flag then, VPN does not mean you are IN UK............

Thanks everybody, my account is verified again and i can withdraw my 3000 BP..
I sent driving license to paypal and they removed limitations.
But i got one more issue, paypal removed my friends bank account from paypal and credit card is also expired..
so how could i get UK Bank account or VCC for adding in account..
If i will add VCC, will it work as normal credit card because i fear paypal could again limit my account as adding VCC.
