I left a certain user account logged in on my laptop overnight. Ebay was still open and logged in inside this user account.

Although i had removed the dongle. I then connected to my static home IP address and browsed ebay.

I realised i was still logged in on the other user account so turn off my home IP web and connected via dongle. It turned out i was still logged on in ebay :(. Does this mean i was logged into this ebay via the home internet?

If you logged into a previous IP Address or eBay account that has been suspended, than chances are you will be suspended.

There is no 100% answer - you may or may not be linked. You were active on the account with your static home IP address so I would wager yes. How this will affect the account activity can only be seen by future stuff.
