I read the guide about using my own name for new ebay/paypal account, but how can one get pass showing your ID ie passport and obviously i wouldnt use my real dob on the accounts, but would they see they dont match?

you need to be prepared for if you are limited or reach the £1900, its pretty simple to sort out though.
