Business Account - Help needed.

Right,

So anyway, I thought today would be the day I could open my stealth account but seem to have hit a stumbling block. I have got my stealth address sorted and also created a Private Limited Company via companies house, I went to the bank and they rejected me opening a bank account on the business name, reasons were because I had not used my personal account with them for a few years and as it was a new business.

I have thus opened a business name for no reason .

Advice I need is:

1) Can I still open ebay business account on stealth address and company name
2) Attach a private bank account instead of a business one of course with name variation....

PS: The bank woman said if I added a director onto the company that banks regularly with HSBC it would be beneficial and could help in opening up the account. so I am going to contact companies house to see if this can happen.

Any help would be appreciated

Go to Think Banking as a short term solution. It is not advised to link a private account to a limited company

Hello GrannyT Thanks for your input.... I spoke to companies house and they said I could add another director by filling out some forms, I think this might be the next step... *Sigh* is ebay really worth all this running around.....

You are making very hard work of a very simple operation. You really do need to do more homework before going down this route.

The way you are thinking is very effective but your choreography is not good.

2. Organise an address

9. Organise exit strategy and transfer of accounts
