Default how to keep purchase history when relisting an item

is it possible to keep the purchase history of an item, after its ended and you wish to relist the item due to more stock arriving?

as you may be aware the more items you sell and the accumulated purchase history results in a better search standing in the best match search results, so i wanted to know is it possible to relist an item with the purchase history visible?

No.

Your relisted item will however get a higher search ranking than if you were listing from scratch.

Might be worth directing potential buyers to look at your feedback for this item.

are you sure this is not possible? ive been told by livechat that it is possible if ou use a "good till canceled" listing type? but the person i spoke to contradicted himself several times.

im pretty sure ive seen sellers do this.

Goods till cancelled do not end if you keep topping up unless you cancel

thats why i said if you keep topping up, not sure if the item ends, never let it happen unless i intend not to list it again

Good till cancelled is only available in Ebay shops. If you let it get cancelled due to no stock I believe it goes back to zero
