Default ebay suspension dilemma

Hi,

About 4 days ago it was confirmed after numerous phone calls that I was suspended from ebay forever as I have broke some sort of regulation that they would not explain to me. I have 3 ebay accounts .
first one with 550+ positive / 0 negative / 0 neutral – still open
second one with 250+ positive / 0 negative / 2 neutral - blocked
third one with 80+ positive / 0 negative / 0 neutral - blocked

the second and third ones have gone down with hardly anything to pay regarding fees, but my first eBay account is still open but I have an invoice due to be paid on the 30th Decemeber for around £1200. My limited PayPal account has around £1500. So I was thinking to pay the invoice now via my debit card already registered on my PayPal so that they wont try to automatically debit my PayPal which is blocked, this would lead to my open eBay account to go down aswell.

If I don’t act, then eBay will block my account most likely on the 30th December when they cant access my PayPal and just take my PayPal money to pay the the fees, but then at least I will still have access to £1200 I suppose.

So the dilemma is shall I pay my fees now in hope that my open eBay account with so many positives wont go down or will it go down anyway once I pay? It would then lead to losing £1200 now and having £1500 blocked in PayPal for 6 months.

Thanks in advance.

p.s just ordered the ebay Stealth Book, so I have had no time to go through it yet.

I think your idea is correct, to just pay the fees. However the reason I think that ebay has been left open is so you would pay fees without troubling them, once it is paid up they link to the others 'may' kick in, however have heard of them allowing one to stay up and other to go down, that is a common scenario too.

As for why you got blocked on 2, you are sure you have no idea at all? what do notices say?

there might be a seperate notice in your junk mail? ie something telling you how to reinstate, usually involved paperwork, if there isnt contact them, ebay can often be reinstated.

I checked my junk mail oompaloompa doompadeedoo, found nothing mate. I rang them and they wont reinstate me, they just say i have breached a serious ebay policy rule but cannot tell me what it is. Sending id or any other paperwork wont help.

Yes Tizwoz, the 550 is the oldest.

its up to you, if you choose to pay the fee's or not.

regardless of what they tell you, when you have things set up the way you did some eby accounts live on, however i was pretty much sure this account was not going to be one of them when you answered my first question.

good luck with your new venture.
