Default ebay owes me money

I had a paypal account that got restricted back in july and doing my best to keep my ebay accounts alive at the time I used the one time payment option and paid the fees as the paypal rep said my fees would not be paid.

but it seems that ebay had already put the bill into paypal so it seems to have been paid twice, ebay then shut the account down that caused the problem. the paypal restriction was removed and the paypal is in good standing now
I did have 3 ebay accounts all linked to the same paypal but only one was shut down.
I still get an invoice for the dead account each month and it is showing a £900 credit, can I claim this back ?
all my details are the correct ones

Send them a snotty email saying that if they do not refund your money you will be instigating county court action and then when they ignore you do exactly that.

They will pay you rather than attend court.

If they don't and don't turn up inn court you get judgement

Then comes the good bit

You send the bailiffs in on Ebay

I would also make attempts to complaint until you get a 'final response' email - an email just as useless and just repeats their previous stance but says you can consider it their final response. They then give details on how to take this further with OFT or whoever.

Take it up with OFT and hopefuly eB will get fined to boot for acting unreasonably.. as well as repaying your money, perhaps with damages.

Definaetly way to go with PP and FOS/FSA but think there's a similar deal with a regulating body that eB must answer to, prob OFT.
