| Actually, you can do it, if its done in a very short window of time.
Which means, lets say your paypal gets frozen today. If on the same day, you go in and unlink your ebay account from paypal and unlink your paypal from your ebay account, they are no longer associated.
And if the word did not get over to the Ebay side, you could potentially add a new paypal to the ebay account.
It is risky, but I think it is possible.
The reason I think so is because I did basically this unlinking process about the time I got my ebay frozen.
And I was able to save my paypal and even use it for another 4 years.
So, my paypal continued to work, even though the ebay account was frozen and even had a balance on it.
So, I figure, could work vice versa, if no word was shot back from paypal to ebay.
But, this is 2012. I did this back in 2008.
Hard to say, but I am thinking it might just work if done in a short window. |
