Resolve a problem option has dissapeared

Hi,

The "resolve a problem" option has went missing from my actions list on my sold items. Does anybody know why this is as i cannot process a return so i can get my fees back?

I have tried to do it through the resolution center but its saying case cannot be opened. Any help appreciated. Thanks

How old is the auction?

They are all recent buy it now items. I have tried for every sold item and the option has dissapeared from the actions list.

'mark as unpaid' it is an option on drop down list, then look again and 'resolve a problem' should be there.

I tried that also still hasnt worked. I cant seem to get the resolve a problem option back up.

Go to the Resolution Centre and from the options at the top chose the one relating to sold items. should be fine from there.
