i have a PP limited due to 1900 money laundering laws

still allowed to sell but buyers cant pay via paypal

have £1000 in unpaid items

what would you do ?

email them to pay by cheque, bacs, or postal order ?

EU Laws apply to all accounts so if limited at £1900 upgrading will make no difference whatsoever
