inr case have tracking

Hi can someone help me with this please, i have a buyer that has opened a item not recieved case ,i have the tracking but i have 11 tracking numbers on the same reciept

2 of them say being processed through our network of delivery ,will it matter which one i put in the case details? thanks

Iam i best just refunded the buyer as the item hasnt arrived juding from the tracking info and making a claim myself with royal mail

What does tracking on royal mail show when it's delivered? Location?

It just says Your item with reference AU********GB was delivered from our HORNCHURCH Delivery Office on 23/05/12 .

Most of the time it dosent even say the buyers name next to the proof of delivery just a scribble of a sig

Ive just refunded the buyer as i would of been made to either im not using royal mail again i spend around 2 grand a week with them and there service is crap
