Verified Pre Paid Debit Card-Address

Hi
To apply for a prepaid debit card, orange pre paid card exactly,
you need to first fill in an online form.
You don't have to send documentation or anything but the billing address on the card will be the address they ship the card to.
Does any1 know in the UK of any cards that you can buy in store with free depositing and able to put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ billing address on?

I'm looking at the site now but I need something with less charges and more ways of depositing. Other physical cards allow internet banking transfer etc. These 3v charge for buying a voucher and putting it on the card.
