Default variation in customer service reps
i have a bad account due to be below standard on the 20th

had 10 opened cases in the last 4 months

rang resolution team and theyve removed 9 of them and reviewing the 10th

how good is that

it just shows who you get because the guy i spoke to 10 mins before wouldnt help at all
