Making a new ebay
 

Ok so im planning on making a new ebay, what ive done is tried to clear anything that linked it to my previous accounts, ive reset my ip, removed my browsing history cookies etc made new email, im using someone elses name and address who gave me permission to do it and i have a paypal verified account which is fine, im going to start selling slowly with no items that i used to sell, is there anything that would link it to my old accounts and get me suspended or that i have missed out, and is it fine logging in at my house?

I would get the stealth guide as a starting point, it will aid your understanding.

What if the use of that persons name/address is banned by EB/PP, what then ???

What happened to your previous EB/PP A/C ???
