its a 2007 account and she has sold various things on it in the past including high end tickets etc. hence having to give drivers licence etc. to fully verify the paypal.

also another question i could start acsepting the paypal payments with a diffrent paypal that i have full acsess to and can withdraw to the verified account attached to it, but my suspicions is that if i start acsepting payments to a diffrent paypal account rather than the one in her name thats linked to her ebay account this will raise alamrs? what you guys think

I do not get why it would raise flags, depends how much though. You can buy stuff and then sell it on using another payment method..........

you ask about accepting payments with another paypal, you mean on ebay?, no do not do that.

If you have not been clear, if you have your own paypal, why can you not just make/add an matching ebay to it?

hi sorry i may not have been clear enough, basicly my sister has a really good ebay account plenty of feedback and the account is aged so i decided for obvious reasons to sell on that account rather than start a new one, she wont withdraw the paypal funds to her own bank as she thinks it will cause problems with tax and benifits, so im thinking of using another paypal to start acsepting payments but to still use her ebay, but my feeling is that acsepting paypal payments under a diffrent name to the ebay account is not a good idea?

I have done that in 2 accounts for little over 2 years and I think both ebay and pp knows, it never seemed to bother them. But I did have a very legit operation otherwise , %100 positive feedback and all. So it depends on how big of a risk you are to them I guess. I kept a low profile. Hope this helps.

you need to make a paypal in her details to attach, then you add YOUR bank to it. She needs to give you permission, because the liabilty for debts etc could end up with her.
