Restricted seller account

Ebay are asking for ID, proof of address and a postal receipt with my address on it.

Sent them my driving license and utility bill but my postal receipt was rejected as it does not show my address on it

All my items are posted with Royal Mail 1st class recorded post and the receipts do not show the senders address, only the receivers post code.

Anyone else had this problem? and anyway round it?

Sorry no, never come up against it.

Usually if the postal receipt has tracking numbers it is usually ok

That sound very odd, I have sent loads of post office receipts as 'proof of postage'.

Found out ebay hong kong has restricted my seller acc after I logged in while on holiday.

ebay uk can do nothing as they did not restrict it so they tell me

Takes ages to get a email response from HK ebay cust services, they sent me a email with an example DHL receipt showing the senders address and that the royal mail receipt cannot be accepted.

Who's going to send DHL for low costs items within the Uk??

They already have my proof of address with a utility bill and the Royal mail receipt shows the buyers post code, also sent them the ebay item number to link it to the post code.

Last email was in Chinese, this is a ****ing nightmare.
