So the paypal account has become like a no interest bearing CD account to you. Sometimes it ends up as a positive that it was held because now you have money coming to you that you might have spent already. Not that paypal had the right to hold the money. Best of luck to you in actually getting the money back promptly after the 180day hold.

Do PayPal let you withdraw the money to any bank AC ? Hope they don't send a cheque as a cheque in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name isn't much use !

paypal used charge for a cheque in any case.

Forget that.

Any bank account is fine.
