The request to update issues on your p/p account is probably a result of having 3 e/b accounts feeding into one p/p
However your future problem will be that as you have three e/b accounts LINKED to one p/p, regardless of whether they are set up to use that p/p account for auto payments or not. They are as ONE as far as e/b and p/p are concerned and if you lose one then you will ultimately lose them all.
