Ayesha | 01-28-2013 09:53 PM | How to be a top rated seller again? Hi everyone. I have got a question I want to ask. I have been trading on ebay for over a year and have been doing well and also have been a TRS seller for some months, until now. Last november I had gone on holiday for 2 weeks, put the holiday notice on stating that I will post after I come back.
However alot of buyers failed to read this and have left low dsr on dispatch time and communication and I recieved a few negative as a result of me going away. I have relised that I should of put in big writing on all my listing about the holiday notice as buyers say they did not notice the holiday sign on as it was too small so I have learnt from this.
Anyway, as a result I lost my Top rates seller status and last evaluation I am at below standard and ebay has lowered my listings to the best match so sales have gone down! I am due to be above standard for next evaluation as I am on 99.6 positives and my DSR is - item described -1.00% 0.34(4), communication 2.00% 0.79(9), dispatch time 2.00% 1.92 (22), P&P 2.00% 0.17(2). For TRS i need to be 0.50 on all categories and as you can see i am lacking on dispatch time and communication.
Can someone please let me know how many good ratings I would need to get this up? any advice how to increase dispatch time as this seems to the weakness although I am posting everyday with free delivery I cannot control royal mail! |
