Been waiting over 12 days for a single account to be looked at, still says in progress... how long would you wait until you call in as thats my very last resort!

It is.

Couple of posts on the forum where users emailed & got 'personal' emails back saying still under review blah blah. Nothing worked to get them done quicker.
