are eBay now randomly evaluating accounts in the middle of the month or whenever they feel like it ??

just had an email from them today 13th FEB

no issues with account over 100 feedback 100%

Item as described 4.93

Communication 4.95

Dispatch time 4.80

Postage and packaging charges 5.00

im above standard and heading for TSR on the 20th WTF !!!

The number of low DSRs (1 & 2 ratings) is what triggers this rather than DSR scores or feedback.

How many low DSRs does the account have?

At guess you've a few idiots leaving 1 star for Item As Described but still left positive feedback.

theres ony 1 low dsr in the last 12 months

I had this last month on my trs account .
Was evaluated 12 / 13th cant remember exact day then dropped to below standard as i had 3 neuts in previous month .
Account then went back to trs on 20th of last month.
Then low and behold yesterday its back to below standard but account stats have not changed from last month as i pulled the listings last month in my anger for them dicking me about.

I should really quantify would I said previously. It is a few low DSRs that is USUALLY the cause of this but as Bruce has said, neutrals, negs etc all play a part too.
