Natwest overseas Exchange Rate Transaction Fee

I made a order from china last week the amount of $1448 i payed by natwest debit card for the first time for a overseas transaction

I checked my online banking statement today and i was charged £1.25 which i know this is normal for a overseas transaction but they charged me £27.26 for a ERTF Exchange Rate Transaction Fee this is crazy never using natwest again

I have never been charged this amount with other banks
