Are Paypal having lots of tech issues?

I started setting up a UK business account yesterday with legit details. All clean.

Firstly they couldn't verify the home address so have requested that documents are uploaded.

Secondly they can't verify the billing address for the card I have just tried adding.

Anyone else having these issues?

You still have issues with this.......
Have you tried it again as a sole trader as you really only need a business PayPal to accept payment and you still have access to all the features you need eg adding PP to website etc

So SellingKing - you sent in the documents? What else - registered the card to the address? Simple clarification?

After speaking to my bank it turned out the problem with the card is they had the billing address down as the home address. It's their policy apparently. So I put the home address as the billing address on Paypal and it went through.

I sent Paypal the docs they asked for and got an email this morning saying sorry for the inconvenience and that the limits on the account have now been lifted.
