Default Current selling limits/holds on new seller accounts?

If i were to create a new seller account today (stealth), what would i be faced with regarding the limitations placed by PayPal/eBay on new sellers?

As far as i am aware there will be a selling limit of approx £600 as well as 180 day holds. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

180 day holds happen if your paypal gets limited.

Do you mean 21 day holds.

After a Paypal is limited, its the 180 day hold and then goodbye or they unlimit things? also are there any other limitations faced by new sellers?

Of course there are other limits.

ebay and paypal control all accounts.
ebay forbids banned users to use ebay (heehee)
Selling limits on an account. number of items/monetary value

Listing limits ( type of item/category) as well as item meeting the requirements of item type.

paypal retains funds for 21 days until certain things have happened.

paypal may decide to stop doing business with the seller. 180 day permanent limit.

paypal places a rolling reserve on account. % of funds are held at their discretion.

No walk in the park really.

I haven't had 21 days holds on any account for months now. No idea, why though.
