Question Eb seller account

When opening a seller account it asks which method will be used to pay fees & reimbursements, when clicking PP it takes me to the PP website & asks for credit or debit card details, I was under the impression you don't add a vcc until you want the £1900 lifted?

vccs are nothing to do with lifting the £1900 limit on UK Paypal.

Is there a bank attached to the paypal?

The reason you need a card attached is so that the payments go through instantly rather than that echeque carry on.

There is a bank which I added but still waiting for the 2 deposits. Should I open an Entropay account now & add a VCC to where it is asking for credit or debit details?

That's why they are asking for a card. Paypal currently has no bank added with a dd mandate in place.

Add a vcc. Entropay is fine.

Do you think I should wait for the 2 deposits, verify the bank details & then add the Entropay card to PP? If yes, do I add the vcc straight after or do I wait?

Best not to sell anything until the Paypal is verified. Rushing into these things only causes problems. Unverified paypals are deemed a risk to sell with on ebay.

Verify the paypal first then start to sell. It is better to add a vcc but when the paypal is verified it won't be required.

If I have a verified bank account can you tell me what the VCC is for then?

VCC is to CONFIRM the paypal account - adds security to the account and allows raising of limits. It is also a good option to fund your pp so that no money is taken from the bank account...
