Default Withdrawing from paypal with no bank account

I was just thinking about the possibility to operate stealth accounts by staying under the £1900 turnover mark and withdrawing by "buying" something from a legit nonstealth paypal account which I have by using paypal invoice and not just gifting the money as that may raise alarms. This way I will not really need to keep opening bank accounts and will only need 1 VCC for every account and potentially documents which i am able to get.
Will this kind of method work?
Ps. Also another non bank account method for withdrawal i was thinking of was buying things from ebay which i can use myself or later sell off ebay. I have access to a various addresses so this may work too? But other method is much more conveniet.

Might work as a one off but doing this on a regular basis will link the accounts and probably end in all accounts being suspended.

Unverified paypals are more of a risk. A manual review of the accounts would indicate the sending of the money was being used as no bank is attached.

You're not the first person to come up with this idea. Many people have lost accounts by doing exactly as you are planning.

There are always options to get more bank accounts.

To use paypal, especially stealth, means using different methods to get funds.

Good choices need to be made.

Transferring to a bank account is proven to be workable.

Other choices are needed to balance everything.

The aim should be to operate with as few flags being raised by paypal.

If invoicing to another paypal isnt a good ideq. How about a method of buying various items from ebay to withdraw the money in that form. Or is that also going to cause problems?

If it is part of an overall operating plan, it could be OK.

Your aim is to avoid linking. You have to make sure your operation does not get flagged....

paypal wants to perceive a trustworthy account in operation.

This is the basis of good stealth.

AS GB stated, done via stealth this could work. The problem is you seem to be going for 'convenience'...if you arent careful and make a mistake, you will be linked by paypal and hauled down.

If you have confidence in your stealth skills, you can do random purchases - understand that the paypal platform looks for trends and risks.
