Is there any way of opening a PayPal account after being banned

Is there any way of opening a PayPal account after being banned I have a uk PayPal I've tried every think when I get a new bank account it bans me again

You need the Stealth book then you can make many accounts :)

If/when you learn the correct methods, you should be able to join the others on this forum who have made stealth accounts.

Read more of the forum to see what you can do. Readjust your thinking to grasp the methods.

Best way is to go stealth - even while you are appealing the decision.
