new ebay waiting for payment

hi I just created a new ebay, and list some low value itmes,(pens) 4 of them has been sold,but payment status show me the payment was initiated on 16th May and is being processed through paypal.
but i can not find any payment in paypal, so is this a limit by new ebay seller?
may I post the item to buyer at this moment? just worry about dispatch time rate

It could be an E-cheque, which take a while to clear. Log into paypal and see if any payments have come in that are not pending, but listed in the transactions.

It could also be that you have not accepted the payments. Again, logging into PP will fix this.

Did you receive any emails that you have received payment for the items you sold?

If not, then it looks like you provided an incorrect email on your listings for your buyers to make payment to?

Yep check your listing looks like you may have put wrong email address to accept payment if this is the case check to see if email is in use if not register and confirm to your Paypal if it is taken you will need to cancel payment and have buyer send to correct email

Exactly - this could be the issue - very common problem

Time to make your excel sheet and/or simple notepad with all your info written done.

It's better to 'proof-read' any type of transaction you do with ebay/paypal before pressing that ENTER key.

Saves a heap of worry for you.
