Default selling limitations

I started a new account back in January and had the usual 10 items limit. I figured this would only last for 90 days but its June now (6 months) and i'm still limited to 10 items!! Should I click the request more? why am i limited? I dont think im selling in high risk categories (mainly old clothing) and have the pp linked to the account to and feedback is all 100% positive??

How many transactions do you have??

Are your DSR's high , besides the 100% I find you need close to perfect DSR and also need to be pushing your limits every month

Do not call in for limit increases very bad idea , you may need documentation of identity and invoices don't call

Your category is borderline high risk.

Did you sell to your full limit each month?

Problem with calling is the chances of being asked to supply ID.

Is that paypal verified & confirmed?

Ive been selling to the limit every month, 10x6=60 transactions and got feedback from 40.
I have noticed that my p&p category is 4.6 and hence i believe they all have to be 4.8 before they lift the limit??

im not going to call as ive read they send a letter to the address and then i'd not be able to access the letter so best not to

@jumba

Since your P&P is lower than liked, that may be contributing to no increases.

Look at your own business plan. Could you 'do' free shipping for say 2 months? That gets automatic 5 stars.

Also, go over some of your more recent sales & chase feedback....

Yes the first 10 item limit is often lifted with just a letter sent to your address. But if you cannot access that address then i don't think it can be lifted. I got my limits raised last week from 100/3500 to 100/7000 but i did have to provide ID and a lot of invoices before they were satisfied
